The focus is on a sleek, up-to-date aesthetic that harmonizes with today’s modern airport environments while delivering the exceptional quality DESKO is known for.

A central element of the refreshed design is the DESKO NEPTUN, one of the airline industry’s most preferred check-in keyboards, which now stands out with a fresh look and enhanced features. Optimized haptics and usability ensure that style meets ergonomics, offering an intuitive experience for every user. The refined design approach also extends to the DESKO IDenty swipe reader ensuring consistency across the DESKO swipe reader family.
Additionally, DESKO´s full-page scanner range features enhanced functional graphics which allow for improved visual guidance and thus a better usability resulting in streamlined workflows which support both airport staff and passengers.

Various scanner glass options tailored to every application

DESKO´s updated full-page scanners are equipped with a range of high‑performance glass options tailored to different operational needs.
Standard float glass is used for routine scanning applications at front desks or service counters with moderate traffic. For superior durability and scratch resistance, Corning^® Gorilla^® Glass 3 offers reliable performance in high‑traffic environments. Adding the DESKO Elephant Foil^® provides an extra layer to protect the flawless appearance of the glass surface.
For maximum longevity under extreme conditions, DESKO’s new Sapphire Glass (initially offered for the PENTA Scanner 4X), delivers premium protection in heavily frequented eGates and border‑control installations.
