Macquarie AirFinance Appoints Head of Airline Marketing

Macquarie AirFinance has today announced the appointment of Lynn Guiney as Head of Airline Marketing based in Dublin.

Reporting to Macquarie AirFinance’s Chief Commercial Officer, Liam Kavanagh, Lynn will drive Macquarie AirFinance’s origination and airline relationship development activities globally and will help manage the ever-increasing volume of opportunities for the business as it continues to grow.

Lynn brings to the role more than 20-years’ experience in the aviation sector and more than 10-years’ experience managing marketing and debt origination teams at several large and successful lessors and banks including Avolon, Standard Chartered, AWAS (now DAE Capital) and RBS Aviation Capital (now SMBC Aviation Capital).  A fluent Italian and Spanish speaker, most recently Lynn has been consulting with Grant Thornton and Spanish bank Renta 4 Sigrun through her company, SolÉir, and was also involved in a fund-raise for a lessor start-up.
