Another key speaker is Mr. Birkan Güneralp, Turkish Technic’s Senior Vice President responsible for the quality assurance and safety management system. Mr. Birkan Güneralp, who also has experience as Vice President of the Turkish Airlines Integrated Operations Control Center, will talk about the safety management system, quality control and risk management of the world’s largest carrier, as well as the organization of interaction and internal control of the systems.
