Passenger Terminal EXPO 2016 - New automated check-in systems

IER will introduce the new i420, a cost-effective boarding pass and bag tag printer, designed for full remote software management.

The printer also allows instant software upgrades for the whole installed base whenever necessary.

The company will also display its IER 919 self-check-in kiosk designed to generate more ancillary revenues thanks to its EMV or NFC payment modules as well as its APC version (Automated Passport Control) to expedite the processing of international passengers.

Also on display on the company’s stand will be its fully automated IER 710 gates, dedicated either to self-service boarding or to border control processing, including passport reader and biometric devices.
