Mathieu Daubert, Retail Director, Aéroports de Paris, who revealed ADP’s ambitions for its bars and restaurants at last year’s conference, is returning this year to explain the thinking behind its retail development programme.
Titled ‘Aéroports de Paris – retail strategy plan to 2016/2020’, the presentation will be a key highlight of the dedicated Commercial Development, Retail, Concessions & Media session on Tuesday 15 March 2016.
“Aéroports de Paris will present its retail development programme for the next five years,” reveals Daubert. “We will focus on six main projects within our international terminals, plus some changes to our business model. The presentation will outline these projects and changes, and how they will sustain our growth for the coming years.”
Daubert, who has been Retail Director since 2010, will be joined in the same opening session of the Commercial Development, Retail, Concessions & Media track by Julian Jäger, COO, Flughafen Wien AG, who will present a paper titled ‘Quality improvements at Vienna Airport with a focus on retail’, and by Mike Ross and Janine Gervais from the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, who will examine Toronto Pearson’s retail strategy.
