Global Runway Reporter is a modern software platform designed to make runway inspection, condition reporting, and maintenance management efficient, standardized, and compliant with the ICAO Global Reporting Format (GRF). The system helps airport operators monitor runway conditions, receive timely alerts, report contaminants directly from inspection vehicles, generate consistent SNOWTAM messages, and perform advanced analysis using comprehensive historical data. Suitable for airports of all sizes, Global Runway Reporter supports the entire runway condition reporting process from assessment and reporting to monitoring, analysis, and training.

The software consists of four modules: Alert, Mobile, Web, and Trainer. Together, these modules cover the complete runway reporting workflow and help improve both safety and operational efficiency. The Alert module, including the advanced GRR Alert functionality, assists maintenance personnel by monitoring runway conditions, weather information, sensor data, and operational feedback in real time. The system can provide notifications when runway conditions change, when pilot reports differ from reported runway conditions, or when new assessments and maintenance actions may be required. The Mobile module guides inspectors through runway condition assessments and enables real-time reporting directly from the inspection vehicle.
