Roof Hatch for Access - SRHP75

Surespan Roof Access Hatch are thermally broken and insulated with options for Non-Combustible Mineral Wool Insulation or Polyisocyanurate insulation. Surespan Roof hatches are manufactured to any size with a wide range of standard sizes and bespoke options to any size.

Comprehensive range of roof access products are complimented with a diverse range of access ladders including vertical ladders, companionway ladders, equipment access and retractable ladders.

Proudly manufactured and engineered in the UK in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001 and tested to high standards with BRE. Also achieving IP66 Rating.

All commercial rooftop hatches are thermally broken and feature an external curb liner for easy on-site installation where the roof dressing can be applied directly to the upstand. Where required, replacement and retrofit hatches can be used for existing upstands.

Fire rated roof hatches can also be manufactured tested to UL-EU Standards and available up to 4 hours fire rated. These heavy-duty covers are tested for integrity. Insulation testing is also available up to 58 minutes.

Ladder access for roof hatches including fixed vertical ladders and retractable ZIP ladders. These are ideal for infrequent access to and from a roof area.

Ships ladders hatches are best when regular and frequent roof access is required to the flat roof.

For Safety options, roof hatches with safety railings can be specified. The 3-sided Sureguard system features a spring back gate and fixes to the hatch upstand with no need to penetrate the roof. Fixed external handholds can also be supplied. For a simpler method, a ladder-Up Post can be used which fixes to the existing ladder.
