Under contract with Adelte Airport Facilities, Anton Air Support has been working since August 2019 on a mega-project at the Brussels Airport.
The 22 old stairwells and passenger boarding bridges are being taken down in six phases in order to realize 22 entirely new and innovative stairwells and passenger boarding bridges. The unique thing about this project is that each of the 22 stairwells differs in size, shape, position, proportions and layout from the others. They are therefore all completely tailored to the client’s wishes. Due to the disruption of the Covid-19 virus, the work is unfortunately on hold. But as soon as we get the green light, we are ready to climb the scaffolds and get back to work.
The power of the Anton Groep
Anton Air Support is handling the removal of the old stairwells and bridges. They are also responsible for installing the electrical systems in the new stairwells. In a later stage, the 28 new passenger boarding bridges will also be installed by Anton Air Support.
All of the coordination on the construction site with all of the subcontractors and side contractors is also part of the project and is handled entirely by Anton Air Support.
