Access 360 supports professionals in achieving legal compliance at The Fire Safety Event

Access 360 – comprising of Bilco UK, Profab Access and Howe Green – is set to showcase its range of certified access solutions for roofs, ceilings, walls, and floors at this year’s Fire Safety Event.

From Tuesday April 30th to Thursday May 2nd, Access 360’s team of technical experts will be located at Stand 5/D65 to demonstrate products, discuss upcoming projects with specifiers and provide insight on how Access 360’s products can help ensure the highest standards of fire performance and compliance within a building project.

Across the three days, visitors can receive live demonstrations of Profab Access’ patented PRECISION Adjustable Frame, which makes the installation of riser doors up to 30% quicker.

The Certifire accredited PRECISION Adjustable Frame is available as standard with Profab Access’ INTEGRA 4000 Series and VEGA 1500 Series Riser Doors, which have been comprehensively third party tested to meet BS EN 1634-1:2014 + A1:2018.

Featuring a continual adjustable steel packer system and built in factory applied intumescent fire rated mastic strips to the outer frame that provides fire stopping between the wall and the frame, it ensures the installation is legally compliant , by providing the highest standards in accuracy and fire integrity.

Other products construction professionals will be able to view on stand include Bilco UK’s unique SKY Flatglass Smoke Vent, and Howe Green’s floor access covers, including the 7500 Series and Visedge® Series.

Throughout the event, Access 360 will be raising awareness of the importance of specifying Certifire rated products, and the crucial role they play in guaranteeing the highest levels of fire safety performance.

Certifire is a globally recognised third-party certification scheme that ensures that fire-related products have undergone rigorous bi-directional performance testing, guaranteeing that they meet the industry standards for performance and legal compliance.

Jake continued: “Certifire accreditation provides professionals with the certainty that the product will perform to the highest standards throughout its lifetime, and by going above and beyond minimum levels of compliance, this futureproofs the buildings and contributes to long term safety.
