ADB Group and Safegate Group unite to form ADB SAFEGATE, providing advanced airport operations systems from approach to departure.

ADB SAFEGATE, a global player in delivering airport performance, has been created following the announcement by European private equity firm PAI Partners and ADB Airfield Solutions to acquire Safegate International, a leading player providing aircraft docking guidance systems, gate management systems, airfield lighting solutions and air traffic control systems.

With over 900 employees in more than 20 countries, ADB SAFEGATE integrates complementary products, solutions and services for the gate, tower and airfield at key airports worldwide. These capabilities enable ADB SAFEGATE to offer airports new ways to address their growing challenges, which include rising traffic density, greater regulatory focus on airport efficiency to maximize airspace use, growing passenger demand for a better airport experience, the requirement to ensure ever safer operations and the need to become fully sustainable. By developing more integrated, more intelligent solutions, ADB SAFEGATE helps airports achieve superior performance from approach to departure.

“ADB SAFEGATE can build on a long-standing reputation and a large installed base at over 2,000 airports in 175 countries.
