DOCKING SYSTEMS

CTI Aircraft Docking Systems are designed for:

• Specific aircraft types on wheels or on jacks  or any aircraft fleet mix for MRO  
• Aircraft painting  
• Final assembly and conversion

 
Working platforms will be arranged along the aircraft to enable the simultaneous access of any respective working area. This will always take into consideration the relevant
aircraft dimensions and safest working conditions for the service personnel.  
 
CTI’s designs are always produced with the minimizing of docking procedure in mind and this ensures the shortest possible aircraft downtimes. All relevant aircraft components needing regular maintenance can be served at the same time. Ergonomic and safe conditions of work provided by convenient passage ways avoid negative influences to the persons employed and guarantee safe working.

To ensure functional tests and the exchange of aircraft components, docks are equipped with sliding platforms or flaps. 

Planning and/or installation of electric power, illumination, compressed air and many
further supplies mean that docking systems meet the high standard of CTI’s engineering.
 
From ground supported or roof suspended, any individual solution can be delivered to
meet customer’s specific needs.
