Airfield Lighting Installation

Avionics are pleased to announce the award of the Foxtrot Apron Infill Early Works project.  Melbourne Airport has commissioned the design of a new concrete apron at the end of the Foxtrot concourse to assist with future parking capacity. The apron will consist of a heavy duty concrete and/or asphalt pavements, as well as associated apron services such as high mast lighting, drainage and water supply. As an early works package, Melbourne Airport intends to remove primary cables from the Foxtrot Infill area to allow that project to proceed and installation of a new pit and conduit system to suit the future Taxiway Victor extension for the re-routing of the affected primary cables.
