Mega Fortris has been working alongside many industries to ensure they fulfil the customers’ needs and to ensure they resolve any issues the customer may be facing with either securing their goods or transport security issues.

One of the industries which faced issues for tamper evident seals was the aviation industry; they faced issues of finding the right seal for their catering trolleys which allowed limited space yet had to ensure the seal would show signs of tampering and would allow easy tear off when air hostesses needed access to the trolleys. However when developing the new seal, Mega Fortris wanted this product to provide solutions for many industries such as Electrical industry, Casino’s and the Aviation industry.

After years of designing and testing Mega Fortris has developed the new versatile and revolutionising Mega Pad Lock. The Mega Pad Lock is a slim, flat, and user-friendly allowing easy application and easy to remove.

The Mega pad lock is specifically designed to ensure the use of the seal on applications which may have limited space such as the catering trolleys in a plane or the ATM Cassette boxes. It also allows you to apply the seal on applications which may be handled roughly or may be stowed away.

The Mega Padlock has a sizeable space for laser-etched customisation. This allows the firm to mark serial numbers on the padlocks allowing them to keep a track of each application. This space could also be used to mark the company logo onto, along with your serial number.

There are a number of features the Mega Padlock offers:

• The Mega Padlock seal is etched with permanent laser marking for customised names, logos, barcodes, and sequential numbers for security and easy identification.
• Laser marking offers the highest level of security as it cannot be removed or replaced without showing clear signs of tampering.
• With a slim body, the mega padlock fits many applications and lies flat for efficient storage. Yet it remains strong because of the Acetal locking insert.
• It is easy to apply and remove; also it is designed specifically so that the user can close the lock with one hand and be removed without the use of tools.
• For further protection laser marking is available on both sides of the lock.
