The construction of Latchways’ new production facility is progressing well, with the steel framework fully assembled and completed ahead of schedule!
Local contractors Gaiger Bros are currently in the process of cladding the Kalzip metal roof and façade of the 30,000ft2 facility—a phase which should take around 10 weeks in total.
Simultaneously, the reinforced Power Floated concrete floor is being poured onto the already laid rebar—enabling Gaiger Bros to commence the internal works before the external cladding is complete.
