Since April 2009, FirstBag has been used by all 44 airlines that fly in and out of the eight international airports in Australia.  With fewer lost bags and a more efficient service,  the project has been hailed as a great success, providing considerable savings for airlines, enabling them to adhere to the AAA security standards, and improving their customers’ travelling experiences.

As a result of the international flight success, Zafire is currently rolling out FirstBag to all of Australia’s domestic flights.  And we’re not going to stop there, watch out over the coming months for news of Zafire’s ground breaking RFID solution for Australia’s busy airports.
