Zafire Kiosk provides a very clear and intuitive interface which guides passengers step-by-step through the lost baggage reporting and tracing process:

1. Select the language in which all screens and prompts are to be displayed or spoken.
2. Scan baggage receipt and select luggage type and colour from a set of illustrations.
3. Add details of flight or flights, contact and address details, and where and when the baggage is to be delivered.
4. A check is made to establish whether the luggage has already been logged on WorldTracer and if so, the results are displayed.  If not, a missing baggage file is created and sent to WorldTracer and the tracing process commences.
5. A customised apology letter is printed detailing the next stage of tracing, together with the passenger’s reference number and contact details.
