Offering some of the highest screening penetration and therefore the clearest images on the market the XIS-1080 is a medium-scale x-ray inspection system.

Part of the Totalpost x-ray threat detection equipment range this highly advanced piece of kit has been designed for screening large objects such as over-sized luggage, duffel bags, dolly-sized crates and other large items.

The XIS-1080 has a tunnel opening of 1016 x 814 mm (40” x 32”) making it an ideal system to screen larger capacity objects. However a further advantage, despite it’s screening capacity it still retains a limited system size.

This machine utilises a heavy duty conveyor belt and so can support an unprecedented weight of 200kgs (440 lbs) at any given time, thus allowing for heavier object screening.

Like all of the Astrophysics range supplied by Totalpost this machine also has 6 colour imaging as standard enabling clearer imagery and ease of detection for the system operator.

The XIS-1080 is a secure screening solution for any site with high-congestion needs but limited space.
