Designed for use in large scale cargo and pallet screening at airports and ports the XIS-1818DV incorporates heavy duty rugged construction and Dual View technology.

It has an extended tunnel dimension of 180.3 x 180.7 cm (71.0” x 71.1”). The XIS-1818DV ideal for large scale and high capacity threat detection screening.

The system utilises Dual View (DV) technology whereby two X-Ray sources are used to generate two independent perspectives which can be independently manipulated for clearer imagery.

It also features a heavy duty roller bed and has been designed with constant and heavy usage in mind. It can support up to 2000 kg or 4400 lbs.

The XIS-1818DV is supported by Astrophysics exclusive software and superior technology, for ease of use and integration in a high throughput environment.

Additionally this is a versatile machine which is customisable to the needs of the client in some cases. Generator upgrades are available for increased penetration.
