Part of the Astrophysics XIS range the XIS-5335S is a small yet powerful x-ray inspection system with a tunnel size of 533 x 354 mm (21” x 13.9”). The XIS-5335S is the ideal system for screening small scale objects with increased penetration.

The system is equipped with a high energy 160 kV x-ray generator which provides advanced image quality and unrivalled penetration. Likewise, with such a small footprint, the XIS-5335S can fit through most doorways and elevators for fast relocation and installation.

The XIS-5335S is designed to network with other inspection systems using
high-speed ethernet TCP/IP data communication. Images from any XIS model can be sent through the network to a central server where they can be viewed, stored, and printed.

This x-ray threat detection system is ideal for use in government facilities including embassies, courthouses, and schools, as well as corporate mailrooms, banks, hotels and medical centres.
