Life & Mobility aspires to be a reliable partner for its clients, suppliers and its other business relationships; it is a wholly owned Dutch manufacturer, brimming with creativity and innovation, which provides good, professional business services. Under that motto, we plan to use our inspiration for the further sustainable expansion of our Company.

In December 2005, the Revab Holding shares were acquired through a Management Buy Out by the two current shareholders, Revability Holding bv (a company in which the undersigned have a majority interest) and Amsterdam-based ABN AMRO Participaties fonds III. The name Revab Holding bv was later changed to Life & Mobility Holding bv. 

Now, midway through 2010, we have entered a new phase. The company has expanded to become the Life & Mobility Group, a strong, internationally-oriented group of companies operating in various European countries with the brands Revab (wheelchairs) and Revatak (mobility scooters). All our activities are aimed at enabling people with a functional restriction to participate in society according to their ability. In partnership with you, one of our company’s important relationships, we help these people achieve this, and we are therefore proud to announce the next important step that we have taken.

This step is the sale of some or our shares to new shareholders. The new shareholders are the investment company Berk Partners fonds IV, SHEM Beheer bv and ZAPAD Beheer bv. With this transaction the present board has also increased its majority interest. This means that the previous policy, which has the full support of all shareholders, will be continued even more strongly, thus optimally guaranteeing the continuity of the organisation for the future.
