After the first implementation of the childrens play point a couple of years ago Albert Heijn (Ahold) has modified its first design. The design is renewed and modified to attract the little customers even more.
The design influences the imagination of the child, by using fruit in the design it will bring more attention to a healthy diet and positive effects for the child. In order to contribute to the Albert Heijn “look & feel” Instore Kids Corners has adapted the colours of its Play modules to meet the Albert Heijn identity.
The Playpoint is equiped with a Crazy Mirror which dis-forms the image of the child in a funny way and a PlayTouch touch screen computer with 10 games such as Tic-Tac-Toe, Drawing, Find the Differences, etc. Both are specific chosen also to meet the hygienic standards where they are easy to keep clean.
