KeTech 2As, part of the KeTech Group since 2007, specialises in fully integrated building management systems and controls, offering the full range of control services associated with mechanical heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and in process / energy management installations.

The sale of the 2As division will allow the KeTech Group to focus more closely on its core business; communication, information and detection technology for the transport and security markets.

We look forward to continuing the high levels of customer service that has characterized 2As to date.” Funding for the transaction was provided by Electra-net (UK)’s existing backers, Zeus Private Equity.
