Airport Operations & Training

We have been working closely with The Skills Aviation Partnership to support diverse requests for operational consultancy, training and career development planning from around the globe.

Lately a number of projects and programmes have been put forward in Oman. This has been to deliver security, ground service engineering and career development support.

• Working in partnership with the Aviation Skills Partnership has allowed a collaboration in the development and improvement of aviation training and new career pathways from starting in the role progressing as:
• Professional Pilot – Professional Pilot Higher Apprenticeship (PPHA) and feeder programmes
• Professional/Licensed Engineer – Engineering & Maintenance
• Cabin Crew – progression up to Cabin Crew Manager level
• Air Traffic Control Assistant and Officer
• Airport Operations – all levels and roles including ground handling, dispatch, terminal operations, security
• Operations & Crewing – including maintenance scheduling and planning

With our wealth of experience working across the world we are striving to heighten and improve the airport experience for the passenger and thereby improve the quality of delivery for the Airport Authorities, Management Companies, Ground Handlers and so on.
