Thai carrier Bangkok Airways move to the Sabre SSCI system for check-in operations, creating a challenge for their ground handler in Cambodia.

With notice of just a few weeks against a hard cutover date, Damarel developed a completely new set of scripts for the Sabre SSCI versions of both the Babel CLF and Embark automated boarding systems used by Cambodia Airport Management Services at both Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. This enabled CAMS to continue providing an exceptional service to their airline customer and avoid expensive staff retraining.

As a result we can now offer scripts for carriers using both the ACSI and SSCI versions of Sabre, giving you the option of improved check-in and boarding, whatever version you have.
