Located at the International Arrivals Building, the custom designed Tensator Virtual Assistant captivates passengers with its 3D look and feel and provides welcome messages, essential Customs and Border Protection information, guidance for connecting flights and even historical information about the airport in celebration of Dulles’ 50 Year Anniversary.

Messages are delivered 24/7, providing passengers with consistent, surround sound audio and visual information to ensure passengers have ready access to the information they need to know and improve efficiency and their overall airport experience. The Tensator Virtual Assistant enthusiastically commands attention while providing Dulles’ over 3,000 passengers daily with consistent instructions on the preparations they need to make before going through customs, as well as guiding those to connecting flights quickly and efficiently.
