There have been a number of communications and press releases this week regarding Liquip International, Liquip Aviation, OPW and McAleese which may have confused you regarding the status of the Liquip Aviation Australian built and serviced vehicles.  In order to help you understand the changes IÂ’ have answered some of the Frequently Asked Questions below and included a link to our official notification regarding the restructure. The future of Liquip Aviation in Australia is bright.  We aÂ’re growing our service division,  developing new product offerings, and upgrading our control systems. Expect further exciting announcements coming in the next months. 

Frequently Asked Questions Liquip Aviation – Australia / Sunshine Refuellers

Q: Is Sunshine Refuellers a new company?  

A: Sunshine Refuellers Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the McAleese Group and has been formed to facilitate the restructure of the Australian based refueller manufacturing division of Liquip Aviation.  It is comprised of the same international team and branding that you are accustomed to working with – only the name has changed. 
 

Q: Will you always be known as Sunshine Refuellers? 

A: No, Sunshine Refuellers is a trading name that has been adopted to facilitate our rebranding exercise.  Once new branding is determined, we will roll that out to the market as will Beta Fluid Systems.  
 

Q: Who do I contact for more information on refueling and hydrant dispensing systems?

Q: Will your pricing be competitive? 

A: Absolutely!  We’ve embraced the restructuring of the business to streamline our overheads and maintain market competitive pricing combined with superior quality.  We are also using the opportunity to review our supply chain and provide you with the best solutions to your challenges. 

Q: Who do I contact if I have an issue with my vehicles?

Q: Does this transition mean that you won’t be offering new products? 

A: Of course not!  We are continuing the release of the Gecko mini hydrant dispenser and currently have many on order.  In addition to this new product we are also in the development phase of a revised electrical control system designed to improve customer interface, improve reliability, and modernize components.  We look forward to discussing these exciting developments with you personally over the course of the next few months.
 

Q: Will my vehicle(s) be delivered on-time and to specification?

A: Yes – nothing has changed with respects to the production schedule, components, or timing of delivery.  From an operations sense, it’s business as usual. 

Q: What do I do if I need to raise a warranty claim?

A: Sunshine Refuellers Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the McAleese Group and will continue to honor the warranty of vehicles it has provided under the name Liquip International and Sunshine Refuellers.  From the customer’s perspective there is no change to warranty coverage.  Please contact Raymond Anderson (Q3) to raise or discuss any warranty claims or service requirements.
