As part of a strategic digital initiative to increase non-aeronautical revenues whilst simultaneously improving their customer’s journey, Birmingham Airport chose the REZ-COM platform with built in CRM, Reservations and Channel Management functionality to drive its ancillary income and the results have been impressive.
