Shireburn Software's CEO, John de Giorgio, was a speaker at the recent Airport Information Technology 2011conference at the Sheraton Heathrow Airport where he highlighted the opportunities to maximise retail sales in airport terminals through the use of advanced Business Intelligence techniques. Shireburn Software was also exhibiting its Concessionaire Analyzer+ solution at the conference which was held between the 6-7th December 2011and brought together experts from airports around the world.

"Our Concessionaire Analyzer+ allows airport terminals to centrally collect retail sales data from concessionaires and to be able to analyze the sales patterns with a view of maximising the return airports can enjoy from their retail activities. Being able to present our solution to some of the leading airports in the world was a great opportunity and immediate interest was forthcoming from some of the participating airports" said Shireburn's CEO, John de Giorgio. Concessionaire Analyzer seems to be the first product directed at this specific market and opens up global opportunities in an industry which is fast expanding.
