Airport Retail Management Software Solutions

Gibraltar Airport's new terminal went operational on the 25th September 2012 and retail and F&B operations at the terminal are to be powered by Concessionaire Analyzer+ and Airport.POS from Shireburn Software Ltd. Sales at the terminal are handled using Airport.POS which is integrated into the Concessionaire Analyzer solution allowing the terminal operators to implement better controls and to better understand the retail and food & beverage sales with a view to working with the concessionaire retailers to boost their performance.

Shireburn has implemented a complete retail platform, with both the point-of-sale operations of each of the 16 shops as well as a centralised data warehouse and business intelligence platform for the airport’s management. Retailers will be able to report and analyser their performance as well as upload and download data from their own inventory systems through an integration platform.
