ASFT is the proprietary owner of the original Saab Surface Friction Tester (SFT). Today that successful SFT concept is installed into different host vehicles from Ford, Volvo, Skoda and Volkswagen. Also smaller trailer CFME's are manufactured to meet the demand of regional airports.

Weather is a major, unpredictable variable. Storms, rain, poor visibility and icy conditions reduce runway safety. This makes weather management a key component for any airport operator. ASFT have in its product portfolio one of the most accurate active Freezing point, and precipitation sensor combined with a modern and easy to use Graphical User Interface.
