By the end of November napcabs is celebrating the opening of four sleeping cabins inside the brand new recreation area of Munich airport. This means the company is expanding its range of sleeping cabins by further units positioned inside the security area of Terminal 2. Passengers can find the new cabins at level 05 close to Gate H32, the departure area for international flights. With the opening of the cabins, passengers at Munich Airport can now again enjoy the comfort and privacy of napcabs sleeping cabins inside level 04 at Gate G06 and inside level 05 at gate G32.

 

Until recently two first generation cabins had been available in the departure area of level 05 being replaced now by four brand new cabins installed inside the first recreation area of Munich Airport located close to gate H32. Passengers will find new technical features inside the sleeping cabins, such as an iPhone docking and charging station. Equipped with a comfortable bed, desk, customizable air conditioning unit, internet access and a multi-media touch screen as a central operation and entertainment module, the cabins offer everything travelers need to relax or work. The latest flight information is always available, as is an alarm function. The cabins also offer enough space to safely store hand luggage.

Positioned in the waiting area directly at the gates, napcabs are conveniently located for all passengers. Using touch screens with intuitive menus, passengers can reserve cabins directly and then spend up to 12 hours inside, and this without having to specify a time period in advance. The well developed software controls ensure that temporarily leaving the napcab and then returning is also no problem at all.
Payment via credit card is just as simple as operating the napcab itself. Starting with a minimum amount, the actual duration of the napcab stay is calculated by the minute once checked-out.
