Gentrack, a leading provider of airport management solutions, announced today the successful deployment of its 20/20 Aeronautical Billing solution at Terminal One, JFK International Airport in New York.  Terminal One uses a number of 20/20 solutions including its Airport Operational Database (AODB), Message Broker, Flight Information Display (FIDS) and Resource Management (RMS) systems, and more recently the 20/20 Resource Operations Simulator. With the implementation of the 20/20 Aeronautical Billing solution, Terminal One has a complete, end-to-end Airport Management System that is already helping to improve the efficiency of day to day operations according to Nigel Farley, Airport 20/20 General Manager.

The new Billing System is fully integrated with the 20/20 FIDS, AODB and RMS which improves the accuracy of flight and non-flight related billing, as all activities at the terminal are now managed through one system. JFK International Airport is one of the world’s busiest airports, handling 46 million passengers last year alone. Terminal One services 16 airlines, including Air France and Lufthansa, through 11 gates and is capable of servicing new large aircraft including the new Airbus A380 airliner. JFK Terminal One joins Newark Liberty International as the second international airport in the New York/New Jersey City region to deploy Gentrack’s airport management solutions.
