Airport Terminal Interior Fitting and Completion

During the last few weeks, INTOS has completely rebuilt the Capi retail store in Lounge 1 at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. The shop is now open for business.

In addition, an extra sales point was created: a completely new Capi counter, right in front of the shop, to facilitate serving travellers as quickly as possible.

The customer was so satisfied with the entire project that INTOS, separate from this job, has now received an order for the rebuilding of the Capi retail store in Schiphol Plaza. This work will commence in week 25.

The refurbishment of the shop in Lounge 1 was not limited to the special furniture but also included wall units with display cases, the central units and the cash desk, and also all the constructional work.

This meant that INTOS was also responsible for the electrical circuits including lighting plan, fitting the ceiling, the floor and air-conditioning. LED lighting was used extensively. Despite the tight deadline and the restrictions that need to be observed when building at Schiphol, once again we managed to complete a project on time and to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
