An Entire Robotics School Class Toured Volacom’s Factory

It was a delight to host a class from the Robotics High School and show them around our state-of-the-art manufacturing and engineering facilities. The engineers of the future were able to go through the process of equipment design and prototyping, specialized robotics software development, physical manufacturing of components using the latest in CNC machinery, chemical treatment and final assembly of ready products. In the end they enjoyed operating the Acom R6 Ground Robotic Platform and took a lot of pictures.

As part of our corporate social responsibility mission, we will continue hosting and supporting schools and universities that create and develop some of the brightest minds around.
