Anti-Glare Roller Blinds For Air Traffic Control Towers

Glare control at Altenrhein Air Traffic Control Tower (or VCR – Visual Control Room) was a major headache as no suitable solutions could be found for the relatively wide windows and narrow window frames. Reflex-Rol's 'Aviation' System fitted the bill as its hardware systems is quite compact and does not interfere with the line of vision.

 

Combined with the AR760 Aviation reflector, the system proved to be the ideal solution, providing clear visibility outwards, even on the clouded day like the one the day these pictures were taken.
