World Airport Awards 2014

The World Airport Awards are the most prestigious honours for the airport industry. They are based on over 12 million customer nominations across 410 airports worldwide. The survey is the largest independent annual global customer satisfaction survey and evaluates customer satisfaction across 39 key performance indicators for airport service and product – from check-in, arrivals, transfers, shopping, security and immigration, through to departure at the gate.

Gatwick Airport has come within the top 10 Best Improved Airports category globally, ranking 6th position.
