The design involves the extension of the departure lounge on the first floor of the passenger terminal adding a new building attached to the existing complex. The new footprint respects the perimeter forecasted by the plan for the airport development. The project is the first phase in the definitive expansion design. It will be easy for future projects and interventions to follow the criteria established by the design of the new building, including in terms of mechanical and electrical services. The new building is 54 metres long, 16 metres wide and 9.75 metres high.
