VSM: see through your vision sensor eyes

Get immediate feedback about your inspection with  VSM – the new Monitoring device, compatible with all DataVS2 vision sensor models.

VSM is a device able to display elaborated images together with inspection results. It also allows to change the running inspection as well as to fine-tune the vision sensor functioning parameters on-the-fly.

The device integrates a 3.5’’ LCD color display and 8 push buttons. It features a standard TCP/IP Ethernet interface,e thus it can be connected either directly to a specific vision sensor or to a Local Area Network (LAN), where more DataVS2 have been previously installed.

Thanks to this wide range of functionalities, VSM represents an excellent and complete Human-Machine Interface (HMI) ideal for automated production lines attended by operators.

MARK & READ: we take care!

Customers can rely on Datalogic to implement effective traceability systems: we are able to fine-tune Marking & Reading applications by synchronizing our Laser Markers, 2D Imagers and Vision Sensors.

Traceability systems are key tools to reduce errors and to improve quality control. Laser marking is a perfect solution to mark information – for example a Datamatrix code – on parts and components in a very small area, which can be localized with Vision Sensors; codes are then scanned by 2D Imagers along the assembly process and/or supply chain.
Datalogic is able to provide effective Mark & Read solutions thanks to a complete range of Laser Markers – Solid State, CO2, Fiber – togethr with state-of-the art 2D Imagers and Vision Sensors.
