Accu-Sort recently introduced another industry first: The use of an iPad and WIFI connection to monitor AccuLazr AL5010 laser barcode scanners. This new feature enables users to remotely monitor and diagnose a scanner’s performance by accessing a webpage hosted on the AL5010. Operations managers no longer need to make a cable connection to the device in order to measure the performance of the system.
