New Delivery Trucks at Platform Sales & Hire Ltd

Here at Platform Sales & Hire Ltd, we are pleased to announce the recent acquisition of two heavy duty low profile beavertail truck bodies, produced and supplied by Sterling GP, based in North Yorkshire.

Due for delivery to our Milton Keynes Site later on this year, Jarl James from Sterling GP said “it was excellent to deal with a progressive and dynamic company which is committed to investing for the future and providing a better customer experience. We look forward to delivering the next two vehicles later in the year.”

Built on the base of a Volvo FM Chassis, the two trucks feature the very latest systems, including a sophisticated ramp system and fold out walkway. Camera and safety sensor systems have been also been installed as well as the latest FORS regulations, aimed at increasing our safety operations within urban areas.
