Envisa's independence and environmental assessment capabilities recognised by EGTSi

EGTS international is a joint venture of Honeywell and Safran

“Safran and Honeywell wanted to conduct a detailed study on the environmental benefits brought by the electric taxiing system currently being developed under the EGTSi joint venture. We were looking for an independent, recognized expert in emissions computation in the aeronautic field.
Through this extensive study and detailed emissions modelling, the Envisa work allowed us to refine and ascertain our initial estimations. They have been very responsive and accommodating throughout the study, remaining open to any comment and adapting easily to our needs.”

These independently validated environmental benefits are now publicly available through the joint publication that was released in July 2014
