The South East Melbourne Innovation Precinct (SEMIP) initiative is a unique partnership involving the Victorian State Government, CSIRO, Monash University, Australian Synchrotron, Small Technologies Cluster and Councils of Greater Dandenong, Kingston, Knox and Monash working in consultation with industry.
