Aviation/Airline Fuel Management Software

Company FuelPlus Software GmbH
Date 05.06.2015

The FuelPlus Group, which has its headquarters in Germany, moved into a new market on 1 June, when it launched its new product FuelPlus supplier.ONE, the first fuel management software designed for aviation fuel suppliers.

A web based application, which is affordable and quick to set up, the software is aimed at fuel resellers servicing airlines and general aviation customers. It promises to save them time and money by centralizing and automatically updating key data, thereby streamlining fuel desk activities. For example, users will be able to easily create and maintain a single pricing database for quotes and contracts, which can be automatically updated with the latest energy prices and exchange rates.

“We’re excited to announce the arrival of FuelPlus supplier.ONE, which is the only software we know of that’s been designed specifically to meet the needs of aviation fuel suppliers,” said Klaus-Peter Warnke, CEO of the FuelPlus Group. “Our developers have been working closely with a group of fuel resellers and suppliers, to understand the key business challenges specific to this market, and to find solutions to these. So we’re confident this new product will bring many benefits to these companies.”

This version of the software is aimed at ‘early adopters’: resellers that want to get ahead of the competition and help FuelPlus shape the product. Features include: the ability to manage customer and supplier contracts, process fuel requests, generate fuel quotes, notify involved parties about upcoming fueling events, real-time reports on clients’ credit limits, and a mobile fuel app that enables the upload of fuel tickets into the system immediately.

Subsequent releases will be published every six months and will include the facility to capture and verify invoices, and to automatically receive tenders (and submit bids) from airlines using other FuelPlus products.

The FuelPlus Group operates worldwide with a global development center in Romania and regional offices in America, Europe and Asia. Its enterprise product, FuelPlus airline.EFM, is already used by airlines such as Lufthansa, Air France-KLM, Etihad, and Cathay Pacific.
