Aviation/Cargo Security Seals

It has been brought to my attention that in the Far East markets a senior employee of an established and well known business competitor has been making comments to prospects and customers that I justifiably describe as not only false but also unethical in that they have been made for the sole purpose of gaining unfair commercial advantage.  This employee has been commenting that "he believes the Acme X seal is a product that is manufactured in China and therefore has no traceability as it can be marked anywhere". By way of this response and for the benefit of all prospects, potential customers and customers alike I expose this competitor activity/statement for what it is by categorically stating that the only manufacturing source for the Acme X seal is Acme Seals (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd out of Puchong, Selangor D.E. Malaysia. Furthermore all Acme Seals Group products have full traceability.

I have contacted my counterpart within the competitor organisation with two requests i.e. he corrects his employee on this false information and, to whomever it has been given, the same employee be instructed to issue a formal retraction of any and all false statements. Assuming my requests are in the process of being met I will consider this matter closed although I have instructed my own employees to remain vigilant in the marketplace and report any repetitions directly to me. In the unfortunate event that there is a repeat we will obtain absolute proof of the event and then the name of the business competitor will be published on this site and without any further notice of our intent. 

I welcome the existence of healthy competition in the global markets of today but in the face of unethical business practices that hide under the so called banner of competitor activity I will always take whatever steps are necessary to defend the honour and reputation of my company, employees and products.
