Vanderlande Industries in the Netherlands has been awarded the title of Top Employer 2011 as a result of independent research on HR practices by the CRF Institute. This is the fifth year in a row that Vanderlande Industries has been awarded the Top Employer title. The research results have improved since our first award in 2007, proving that our core values ‘Drive to Win’ and 'Every day better' have increasingly become a part of everyday business at Vanderlande.
The CRF Institute was founded in 1991 with the objective of identifying leading companies by carrying out research into their Human Resources Management, leadership and strategy. Now, after 20 years, the CRF Institute has developed into an independent research organisation that publishes its results on internet and in a booklet. The stringent selection criteria mean there are only about 50 employers in the Netherlands that can use the title of ‘Top Employer’.
Our results have further improved over past years, as we now scored higher on employment benefits and training & development. Our organisational culture is described in terms of strong cohesion and teamwork. Last but not least, we scored very high on career opportunities and professional development.
