Air India’s Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) facility, near the Trivandrum international airport will have acitivities such as aircraft heavy maintenance, engine maintenance and overhaul, components and line maintenance.
In the MRO there are two hangars to take care of the maintenance of two aircraft at the same time.
Electrically operated, vertically moving hangar door system is the first of its kind in the country. Translucent door fabric will save electrical energy for hangar illumination.
Door delivery consists of 2 pcs openings (w x h) 47 m x 10,5/13,7 m (3 parts with 2 mullions).
