Boosting Non-Aviation Revenues

Airports facing issues with the control and management of their non-aeronautical revenues, showed increased interest in Concessionaire Analyzer+ as it helps airport better control, manage and ultimately boost non-aviation revenues.
CA+ exhibited at the ACI Latin-America and Caribbean Annual Conference and Exhibition held in Cancun, Mexico between the 9th and 11th November. Year on year, this event proves to be the premier gathering of airports from around the region.

CA+ automates the collection of sales data from concessions, which is then used for revenue calculation and billing, and more importantly to better understand sales patterns and influence performance through a business intelligence platform.

Recently launched sales data collection methods proved to gather more interest from airports, since these give them the ability to deploy the CA+ solution without changing much in the way concessions operate. A total of 6 data collection methods range from manual to fully automated allowing both concessions and airports to utilise the system that best works for them.

In particular, CA+ Capture provides even greater flexibility for both airports and concessions to gather sales data non-intrusively and without subjecting either concessionaire or airport to major changes in their operating systems.
