CAST Airport Simulation, Capacity Assessment, Demand Forecasting, Master Planning & Design

The civil aviation technical centre of the French Civil Aviation Authority (Service technique de l´Aviation civile – STAC) decided to use the Apps CAST Survey and CAST Capture and the computer application CAST Toolbox developed by Airport Research Center (ARC) for data capture and evaluation.

STAC plans to use the software in several kinds of aspects to optimize terminal operations and gather data on specific processes within the terminal. Check-In, Boarding Pass Control or Emigration are only a few examples for locations CAST Survey and CAST Capture can be used in. Especially detailed process times at the security control are of great interest to STAC.

Since STAC already is part of the CAST Community and uses CAST Aircraft and CAST Terminal for simulations, the data captured with CAST Survey and CAST Capture is perfectly suited for convenient use as input data for their simulations.
