CHANGE of MANAGEMENT: TCR’s new Chief Executive Officer

Tom BELLEKENS has been appointed as TCR’s new Chief Executive Officer. He will formally take up this position on the 1st of October 2018.

After 20 successful years leading TCR as Chief Executive Officer, Marc DELVAUX has decided to step down to a non-executive role as Board Member and Chairman of TCR International as from the 1st of October. The Board of Directors has appointed Tom BELLEKENS, former Chief Operating Officer, as the new Chief Executive Officer. To guarantee a smooth transition the succession planning has been accurately planned for the last 2 years.

Tom, who is a Belgian citizen (married, with 2 children), joined TCR 16 years ago and has occupied different functions in the Group, both in the Belgium based Headquarters as well as in country businesses. Tom has been a key player in the impressive development of the company. He has taken an active role in determining the strategic direction of the company for many years. Therefore the existing strategy will be maintained, in full alignment with the TCR Group’s vision:: “To be the Global leading service provider of GSE solutions by setting tomorrow’s standards.”
