Communications in the aviation sector: Imtradex at the World ATM Congress 2016 and IFATCA Annual Conference

Imtradex announce their participation at this year’s World ATM Congress, which will be held from the 8th to the 10th of March in Madrid. The market leader in the ATC headset field, celebrates the 20th year of its existence in 2016, will present new developments and good communication solutions for air navigation at their booth 209. Exhibition highlight this year will be the AirTalk 3000 XD Flex.

This innovative communication tool has built-in Noise-Canceling technology (NC), which together with an Acoustic-Shock-Protection (ASP) filters out noise from the radio traffic and protects against excessive sound pressure levels. The flexible microphone boom allows the user, to align the noise compensation microphone towards the mouth without efforts, which improves the voice transmission. The communication tool is flexible designed, yet extremely light and comfortable. Like all headsets from the air traffic program, the AirTalk 3000 XD Flex is also available with an USB interface.

Imtradex received last year the IFATCA Technical Award for the AirTalk 3000 XD Flex. The international association for air traffic controllers honored with this award, the excellent speech and sound quality, as well as the high wearing comfort of the headset. “This award is a great honor for us, because the ATC area has very high demands on its technological means of communication. And of course we want to position ourselves, in our anniversary year, as a reliable partner in the aviation sector” says Ralf Kudernak, CEO of Imtradex.

Imtradex will also show other headset models that have been developed specifically for the ATC area. This includes all the headsets from the AirTalk 3000 series, AirTalk XS/XD, AirTalk XSN and AirTalk NBS/NBD. They all contribute to the individual requirements in the aviation sector and are already in use worldwide in airports, ATC centers and in many cockpits. Meanwhile, almost all aircrafts flying over Germany are addressed through an Imtradex headset.

Imtradex will also be participating with a booth from the 14th to the 18th of March 2016, at the IFATCA annual conference in Las Vegas. The focus of the ATC product portfolio will also be the AirTalk 3000XD Flex.
